Travelers/United Healthcare?

My husband is switching jobs to Travelers....he will have United Healthcare insurance as one of his choices. Since we don't have access to the actual booklet yet, does anyone know anyone who has had Lapband surgery with this insurance? I guess I'm asking if you know of any exclusions....Any help is appreciated!
