I'm married for almost 22 years have 2 daughters 14 and 16. I'm in healthcare (labor and delivery) I coach cheerleading, teach sunday schools (teens), go to college, garden, and scrapbook. My kids were scared about the surgery, my husband was't very supportive. I didn't tell the rest of my family cause I was afraid of disaproval. ( We live 1000 miles apart) don't see them very often and I just figured I'd tell them when I see them and they see me. My surgery was 11/4 in Atlanta and I'm down 72 lbs 280 to 208 size 26-28 to 14-16 my goal is 150 I'm getting a little anxious I just had a 6 week plateau that was very discouraging but it finally broke just the other day. I'm glad to see that there are others out there with similar situations.

I started hitting plateaus about 3 weeks out and I thought that I was broken!!! I am glad to know that I am not the only one that feels discouraged. I want to say... CONGRATS!!!!!!! The weight lose is great! Keep up the good work it is paying off. Shannon The Irish Lassie 266/223 an holdin/145

Glad to hear that you are doing good. I hear protein shakes are good to help jump start ya again. I too live in GA about 25 east of Atlanta. Hope to see ya at the gathering in August.
