WE celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary on 3/9/05. WOW we were just 3 yrs old when we got married Ok not really but we feel young!!! My husband is so supportive and helpful. He once weighed 285 and due to diabetes and change of a job he is now 188. He understands. WE were put together for a reason and he has loved me no matter what my size. But it is nice to have more energy and feel better!!! Good Luck!! Brenda 325/310/241/152

Ahhhhh.... I see! I totally understand your frusteration! Goodness I hope something like that would not happen to my profile since I agreed with the graphics designer who made my graphics) to not allow anyone else especially "for profit" companies to use my profile for gain. Hello Lady Autumn, Thank you for your advice. I did contact OH and the situation was handled. Obesity Help owns the Surgical Centers website, along with many others. They also own everything that is put on OH website. My profile was deleted by me. I thought that my info was safe because the site is password protected...but I was wrong. I am an in-person Support Group leader trained by OH and no where in the training were we told that OH owns the info we put in our profiles. I am so disappointed with OH. Wishing you a very blessed WLS Journey, Loriann

I find it very hard to believe that an OH volunteer would do something like that. (I am not accusing you of any wrong doing, I think the surgical clinic is wrong for ever linking themself to it in the first place.) I would definitly contact the HTML team and one of the OH moderators ASAP. I went to your profile but it is blank. What happened to it? HTH! I am absolutely livid !!!!! I had my profile spruced up by a OH volunteer. Now my profile page is being used on a website for a Surgical Clinic that I have never been to. According to the website...the OH volunteer gave them the profile. This is absolutely absurd !!!!!!! Has this happened to anyone else ? I ran my name through a Yahoo search and the Surgical Center link came up. I have never been to this place or had anything to do with it ! I am so angry with the person from OH that spruced up my profile !!!

I'm with Koriann on thinking that if he was so quick to leave that there must be other issues besides the money. The program I went though had wonderful support groups does your program have any? As for going through this surgery alone, if you have a good support group you may find a few people to go through the process with. I was lucky to have met 2 women who's surgeries were about a week apart from mine and we've become pretty good friends. This surgery should be all about you getting healthy. Good luck! **Hugs** ~Jenna

Hello & YES I was married on 6/7/03 ... wore a sz 22 dress on my wedding day & now the dress is too big I always attributed my low sex drive to my being overweight - but now that I have lost 114# in 8 months - I am still on the low side. My husband loves me no matter what & now he even more excited to be married to me because I am able to go out & do things & feel comfortable. His sex drive has gotten higher & mine is the same if not lower ... I feel like such a bad person - and if you find a cure let me know!!! Sue 317.5/203/180(or less)
