Hello All -- An Update
Hope everyone is doing well.
It's been awhile since I've been on -- school is kicking de butt. The trip to Louisiana has put me in catch-up mode. Was down in the country without internet access and barely cell phone connectivity. So I'm taking a break from the paper to say hello and provide an update.
Well someone made a mistake and schedule my 6 month appt a month early so I've basically had my 6 month appt and all is well. People now ask me how much weight I have lost and I tell them I've lost a 1st grader -- 10 pant sizes and 6 bra sizes -- girl gonna have to eventually have a boob job. Ran down the hall today at work and one of these things almost put my eye out --yep time to purchase a jogging bra and Just My Size catalogue is having a sale.
I'm venturing out with the food -- I didn't realize Chick fil a served their grilled chicken on wheat bread -- chicken good -- couldn't eat the bread -- don't eat the bread --UGH! The closest I come to bread is Potato Soy Crisps --my favorite Sea Salt and Black Pepper -- starting a campaign to get the distributor to bring them to Giant.
My manager and I walk around Owings Mills mall during our lunch and she tells people she's helping me loose weight when its the other way around. I usually take my 10 minute breaks and run down to the fitness center and do either arms or legs -- its rare I get to do that twice a day; however, if the phones are quiet I just might get in 3 sets of arms twice a day -- 3 sets in the morning and 3 in the afternoon.
