Good Saturday morning
Oh well! I may need to resign myself to the fact that I will always sleep with one. At least that may protect me from the urge to bring someone home with me. Nuttin sexy about that mask!
Have a great weekend. I will soon be off to western Maryland to spend the weekend with my mother.

The love of my OH Family has me humbled!!!!
No big plans here for the weekend. Need to run to Petsmart for Lefty food .. and to Sam's club for some lunch supplies for the week. I've had my shower and need to work on blowing the new 'do' for practice to see how it's going to work for me.
I think I might try to start on my sewing projects today. Have the sewing machine set up on the glass porch and it's a bit warm out there, so need to figure out how to cool it off if I'm going to spend time sewing.
Drive safely to Frostburg.
Hugs, Mo Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
I asked my tech to give me a hint about my results when I took my test too. He told me I had a mild case but didn't know if it was enough to require a CPAP. So, I passed that info to my surgeon's office. What a MISTAKE!! As it turns out the official results came back and I did NOT have sleep apnea. It created problems in the surgeon's office because they already thought I had it and, once they got it in their heads that I needed a CPAP it was hard to convince them otherwise. I literally had to yell and scream at them to get them to read the official report! --Eric
