Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!

) It's one of those muscles holding the knee together I think.
I think even if I feel I don't need the orthopedist Jan 16 rolls around, I'll keep the appt anyway just to find out about specific exercises to strengthen those muscles and hopefully keep me from doing it again. I'm afraid that once damaged, it will be easy to do again.
Glad you are back with your running. I'm not ever going to be a runner, but I did have a blast when Eric organized the Catoctin Mtn hike back in November and can't wait to go hiking again.
