I was wondering if anyone who had WLS noticed that their tattoos looked different? I have one on my lower back and was wondering how much distortion should I expect. BTW-Its Snowing in Glen Burnie!! WOooooHooooooo

I have four tatoos and the only one that I have noticed a difference is the one on my chest. It is just a little longer :)

When I got my tattoo about 18 months ago I had already started researching WLS so I asked the tattoo artist about any distortion I should expect. He said that generally there isn't much difference (depending on the location of course) in appearance when you LOSE weight ... there is usually a noticable difference when you GAIN weight. I'm early out (8 weeks) so I'm only down 37lbs but haven't noticed any changes at all (mine is on my lower back)
