HELP! SNACKING
Kristen - I have been right beside you! I make 'snack mix' for the kids (chex, cheerios,cheezeits, m&ms, peanuts in a big tub and pack them baggies in their lunch) But - it's bad! Very bad when I am pmsing....Dan is right - small meals/healthy snacks are ok. So get the unhealthy stuff out of the house! My kids don't need the junk either! I have been kicking my own ass for a couple months now over the same thing. We didn't come this far for nothing! Hang in there, we can both beat this and NOT go back to old habits!!!
Now for you Missie- you didn't blow it. With as little as you can eat, it probably wasn't a bag like I'm still able to polish off. Moderation . You're doing great!!!
