3 THINGS FOR TUESDAY!
Okay, here's tough love to go with that Midol. Get your records request in, and call the damn doctor. Don't tell me you hate doctors - look at what you've already allowed a surgeon to do!!!
God, Darla, Drs. Marek and Cyzeski are the NICEST, most caring, most gentle gyns you could hope for. Their office staff is competent and caring and you KNOW that I know what I'm talking about.
Do what you need to do to feel 100% again!!!! No more excuses.
And don't pm me, text me, email or call me again until you DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just finished drafting the records request information letter:
I talked a bit with Ranessa today and came to the conclusion I am just
afraid of the What if's. I have procrastinated long enough , I know.
I just don't want to screw up my vacation in September : and then its
the craziest time of the year in the sugar business so anything requiring
me to be off work will have to wait for January. Sigh I hate this crap.
But with the tough love guru I will have to take care of this tomorrow:
cann't go long without the friendship of Tia.
Hugs to everyone.
Hey Tia! Sorry to hear about your Brothers dog! Stuff like that tears me up. Its always very sad.
I'm thankful for:
1)I'm 1 month closer to having surgery....(fingers crossed).
2)That all my test results were normal and no additional testing is needed.
3)That everything went smoothly with my kids while I was away on vacation.

1. I'm back to work (I know I know.....but I was starting to get stir crazy!)
2. I can eat almost a whole 2 ounces of chicken salad! hmmm....maybe I shouldn't be grateful for that
3. I see my surgeon tomorrow for my 3 week follow up. I'm hoping that he can recommend someone to take a look at my knee. It's KEEEEEEELING me!
Wow!! You're back to work? I'm amazed. Although don't be surprised if you need a serious nap when you get home.
Didja ever think you'd be thinking 2 oz. of chicken salad was a LOT????
Oh, your poor knee!!! Although docs like to blame everything on our weight, I hope you losing weight does take some of the pressure off!!
I AM SO PROUD OF YOU!!!
Hugs,
Tia
I'm grateful for:
1) my pouch beginning to cooperate sometimes and not having my feeding tube anymore. I've been able to cut back my Phennergan and Zofran usage some(still on carafate & reglan and was started on bentyl recently for possible intestinal spasms but it may be my bowel kinking & unkinking too lol I wish they could figure things out)
2) That in 6 days time I will be in Baltimore!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOO totally excited about this. It's to the point the past couple nights I've been too excited to sleep lol. Seriously like a child on Christmas EVE excited.
3) That I have a great OLDEST sister is a good example to me and that I actually have something in common with her. I hope to be half the mom she is. (I love the other one too but UGHHHHHHHHHH)
