Nicole, that is wonderful, congratulations you deserve it!!! It sounds like even if your company counter offers, the other job offers more non- monetary perks and as you know money is good but it does not buy happiness!! Nicole, Congratulations! I know you have been wanting to get out of there for awhile now and you have finally gotten your opportunity, seize the moment?
