Challenge
Since I'm not a Bander I can't say for sure but a 25 pound goal for two months sounds very resonable.
I'm at the point of maintaining AND keeping myself from fluxing too badly LOL but have started training for a 5K run on October 5th so always looking to work out, etc. on the weekends and evenings. BTW the Crofton Support Group will be doing a field trip to the Personal Trainer's new gym that myself and a few other people on here use at the beginning of August.....something to think about as well. He's AWESOME!!!!!
You go girl with your running and exercising you have been doing these last few days!!!! Five a month will be a cake walk!
At this point that would pretty much be a NO! LOL Work is sooooooooooo slow and I am bored! I have gotten a lot done and now nada much going on! Can't you tell????
