What a Wonderful day at the BEACH! (pics) THANK YOU DAN!

I got to spend the day with my best bud EVER!  Thank you Dan for making my face hurt from laughing so hard.  That was a BLAST!  I will be getting you a pair of shorts soon with the word, SCOPES on it! LOL   You poor thing, I know you are burnt to hell.  I am used to the sun as you can see.   I am glad I got to swim by myself, I would not want JAWS to come up and bite you in the ass! LMAO!  You are a NUT!

Today was a great get away that I have needed.  Again Thank you love! Until the next road trip!

Again we had a BLAST!  Gabriella is so excited about North Beach on Sunday.  She wants to know if she can bring her sand toys?  I have never been there.

I just saw the aftermath (Dan's sunburn) from the day at the beach...He was fidgeting in the chair and I said ARE YOU OK? He said No, Im not I cant sit back in these chairs...then he lifted up his shirt in the gym and showed me his chest....WOW....it was RED...

He thinks he can be like me, I almost died when he asked for the oil!  WTF

I did the personal trainer initial meeting today..Im going this evening with my daughter around 9p...then will start going 3-4 days a week...probably will be at night though....around 9:30-10:00p....
