Aaron!!!

Hoping you are feeling better and while I was in my fridge tonight looking for a drink I thought of you! I found a bottle of the Diet Ocean Spray Cranberry I had mentioned to you. Forgot I even had it!!! Anyways, it's a single serve 12 oz. called Cranberry Spray. It is only 7% cranberry juice but since it's diet it doesn't have all the sugar. Only 3g sugar, 3g carbs, 75mg sodium and only 10 calories. Could be a nice alternative for you! Of course it doesn't have the exact same taste but not a bad option! OK Good! I just got home from a nice walk. Didn't jog because I went with a friend this time...was prob a good thing so I didn't mess with the knee! :-)
