Thank you. All I can say is start exercing NOW. I believe that doing so is the 1 thing that has made the biggest difference in my journey. I was already working out ahead of tima, and comtimued to do so after. I was walking in the recovery room, and all that night. Now I know that we are all different, but as soon as you are comfortable get up and get moving. Ultimately it comes down to calories in and calories out. At the beginning, you literally can eat bareky anything so take advantage and burn them calories!
