Support in MD?

Im trying to find a support group on the lower eastern shore. They seem to all be in Baltimore, but im in Salisbury. Any ideas?

There is a eastern shore support group. They post on here when the meetings are so look out for them. Also if you go into support groups up top and hit find support grops and type in your zip code.....ones will pop up only if they are certified thru Obesity help which I know the eastern shore one is because thats how I found out you could do that. I run the Crofton Support group, not sure how far that is from you but you are welcomed to come anytime

There is one in Easton MD.  We have our group the 2nd Thursday of each month.  The next group is on November 13th at 7pm.  Our group leader is Deb Reithmuller (K9Krazzi).  You can contact her at [email protected] or by phone at 443-783-1778.  She comes from Hebron, but we have participants from all over the shore.  It is a small, but fun group.  Hope you can join us!!!  You can PM me if you want further information.

Thank you Lisa for posting about out support group!  i ahve been really busy lately and don't get here very much.

Our next meeting will be on the 13th and we will be addressing holiday eating.  i will alos be bringing some protein things for all to sample
