Okay, post whatever you dare!!!  I actually didn't do too bad over the holiday, for which I'm very grateful!! 

Friday:

B - S/f oatmeal with skim milk

L - Fried steak fish, fried oysters

S - 1 chocolate topped cookie from Berger's

D - Turkey sandwich, turkey rice soup

All my vits, MOST of my fluids.

NEXTTTTT!

I don't want to talk about this. Let's just suffice it to say, that I am struggling again. I manage well during most of the day, then I eat in the evenings. It is bad enough that I have picked up a few pounds. I am resolved to getting back under control. Today is a new day!

I know, Deb, it's SO hard.  But, if it helps even a little, think back to how you ate pre-op!!  You KNOW it's nothing like that anymore!!!

I have been suffering from a headache since Thursday and have been having nausea the entire time.  Yesterday was my best eating day so I will post that day.

I did get all my fluids and my vitamins in yesterday.  I lost 2 lbs which I did not want to do since this puts me below 130.  I'm sure once I start eating again I will gain it back.

B:  1 slice of toast with peanut butter

L:  cheese cubes and a slice of turkey

S:  SF, FF Latte

D:  HM chicken soup

Hi Kim!!

Sorry you haven't been feeling well!!!  What's up with that?  I had a terrible headache for most of the day yesterday - I don't get them often, but when I do, they're nasty!!!

Glad you're able to keep yourself hydrated - that's important!!!

Hope you feel better!!  I'm packaging up 4 pounds and sending them to you!!!  LOL!!

Hi Tia,

Well I was doing better last week with getting three actual meals, but fell of the wagon.  Today will be a better day!

Yesterday:

B - 20 oz crystal light

L - chicken salad w/3 bagel chips

D - 1/2 of a tortilla pizza (ala the world according to eggface)

All my fluids, most of my vits...have trouble taking 4 calciums per day!
