i've been going through anxiety myself. i thought i could go off my paxil cr but i was wrong. i am going back on it again but its taking its sweet time to work. i hope you find something that works for you. good luck!

Thanks, it really sucks when they say to avoid your anxiety triggers and my biggest one is one I cannot avoid!
