3 THINGS FOR OMG! 7 DAYS TILL CHRISTMAS!!!

LOL!!  Good morning!!!!  I'm getting MORE excited about Christmas - if you can believe it!!!  Tonight, I've got to take B for his allergy shot, so KB and I will head to the mall afterward.  I usually have them pick out a gift for their parents - even though Gary and Dawn do buy each other gifts from the kids, I always like to let them pick something out personally.  B got everyone something from Santa's Secret Shop at school - truth be told, that gift is usually the one I look forward to the most!!  They always crack me up!!  I've got a whole shelf full of Santa's Secret Shop gifts at work proudly displayed!!!

So today, I'm grateful for:

1.  That the week is almost over.  It's been a long, hectic, busy week!!!

2.  Coupons - Got a free cappucino at Mickey D's this a.m.!!!  Gotta love free!!!

3.  Sleep - I was in bed early, even for me, last night!!!  Gotta love sleep!!

Hope everyone has a great day!!

Tia - I know the countdown is unmistakable truth - but OMG - it is freaking me out!

I am so not ready. I am so busy at work. I have so much to do and no time to do it! I may have to call in for reinforcements this weekend!

Today, I am grateful that...

1 - I let myself go to sleep early last night. I was simply exhausted and sensed that I could not push any more. Especially since i had to get up at 3:45AM today. So despite the fact that I needed to bake more cookies, I went to sleep instead! I do feel better this am (still stressed, but better).

2 - That implementation day at work is finally here! So far, so good. I will be glad when this work day is over!

3 - Pool class tonight - As much as I need to do other things, I am still going to class tonight. I need this work out to feel right.

Have a good day!

Girl, I KNEW you'd be working yourself into a lather!!  By all means, call in your reinforcements so that you can enjoy your Christmas Eve gathering.  No fun if you're exhausted and cranky!!!  Trust me, I know of what I speak!!!  LOL!!!!

By all means, get to the pool class - you know you'll thank yourself for it later.  The stress relief from the pool is incredible!!!

Here's to a successful day!

Hugs,

Good Morning Everyone:

I am really starting to semi panic over Xmas coming up so quickly:  I need to make

a list so I don't forget anything.

Today I am grateful for :

1.  My OH friends - especially the one who gives the daily countdown of days left- starts off

my day in a panic kinda way LOL j/k  luv ya girl/

2.  For Internet shopping :  Now I just have to hope it shows up or I will be shopping

Chrismas Eve afternoon.

3.  That I convinced Mom not too put away my WII Christmas night:  I know my

nieces, nephews, and their boy/girl friends will enjoy playing with it :  and everyone

else will enjoy watching them LOL  I wanted to have a WII party with them - this is the

first chance  we have all had to get together.

4.  Pool classes tonight :  yes I know I stole one of Deb's : like Tia said there are a million

things too do but this is Me time and a great stress reliever- which we all need especially this

time of year.

So have a great day everyone!!!!!

Awwww, sorry, don't mean to make you panic!!!  Actually, I think you'll find that making a list and checking things off helps enormously!!  You'll be less likely to forget something and checking things off gives you a (somewhat warped) sense of accomplishment!!!  Hey, if I have to listen to B's daily countdown - YOU have to listen to MINE!!!!  Okay, I admit, he's a lot cuter than I, but still!!!!!

I actually haven't done any internet shopping this year.  Everything I need's been readily accessible.  I hit Ulta last night armed with coupons and picked up some sparkly nail polishes for K - she'll be so happy!!!  Oh, yeah, and some sparklies for me, too!!!!

Take a deep breath!!  And get thee to the pool!!!

*** sneaks in and mysteriously drops off a few packages for Kristen to wrap and returns to pick them up, hoping she won't notice the extra work  or the strange gifts ***

LoL! I'm envious I wish I was finished wrapping!  Good for you!

This sleep thing must be contagious! I was asleep by 8 p.m. last night. A bit different from my midnight bedtime! I had planned to do so much yesterday and got NADA done. Well.... I did cook dinner which is 2 nights in a row, much different from our usual going out to dinner and getting home at 9. So at least I know what is going in my mouth as opposed to guessing what the ingredients really are!

I'm grateful today for:

1. Being under 200 lbs. Not much under mind you and the scale hasn't moved in a week, but I'm there!

2. I will have all 4 of my children home for Christmas this year.... I am totally thrilled by that! The last couple of years were difficult with my daughter being in Texas.

3. My daughter gave me the best gift of all... she left her hasbeen... err... husband, and traded him in for her piece of mind and happiness.... and of course, MINE!

4. I'm also grateful for Tia occasionally pulling me back to OH which makes me want to participate.. sometimes I seem to get too busy to find time. I need to remember that OH, and the wonderful people of the board are my support system and I need to participate.  Thanks to everyone who take the time to post and respond.

Hey Ren!!

I think we're all just running non-stop and our bodies finally won!!!!  Midnight?  Your normal time is midnight?  Oh, Lord.  I'm such a baby!!!  9 p.m. for me usually, 10 is waaaay pushing it!!!

As far as the scale, take that lower number and RUN with it, girl!!  It'll move again, never fear!!!

So your house is gonna be crowded this year!!!!  I remember "trying" to park on your street when my g/f lived there - has it gotten any better or should I already plan to park blocks away on Sunday? LOL!!!

Tell your daughter that her peace of mind is a priceless gift to herself!!!  Been there, done that, wore the t-shirt OUT!!!

I LOVE this board, too - as if you couldn't tell!!!!!  LOL!!!

Tia
