Shocked to see me post? So am I. But I know I need to get my butt back in gear. Having the surgeries really threw everything off for me but I am now pretty much pain free so I have no excuse.

Today i am going to go swimming. Haven't been in a long time!!!

How bout you?

Great too see your post Nic.

I did  2 water classes last night :  What a work out whew :  of course I did the cardio/weight circut before them so all toll I had around 2.5 hours work out yesterday.

Tonight I want to go in and do at least the treadmill for half an hour plus the weight circuit for another  half hour.  I know I won't get in there tomorrow ( unless I get up and too the gym
when they open at 7;00 am  not likely LOL)

Have a great time swimming  -  I know you enjoy that.

I am planning on doing the treadmill and weight circuit tonight. I actually have not done this for a while. I have been focusing on my Pilates and Pool classes.

Hey Nicole,

Glad to see you post this today.  I just recently began pushing my workout again after trying to adjust to my new life back in PA.  Luckily for me my sister bought her son a weight set for Christmas so I have that for strength training and I've been walking/jogging a minimum of two miles a day the last couple weeks.

Do yourself a favor.  Don't ever lose your driver's license.  Mine is suspended until June of 2010 for getting caught twice driving without it.  And I've decided its not worth the risk driving again without it, so I walk/run everywhere I go.  My cousin is giving me his old ten speed, which will help.  Wednesday my sister dropped me off at the next town over on her way to work in the morning because I had some running around to do and I had the intention to take the bus home.  It was cold and pouring out.  Well, after finishing my running around I started walking in the general direction of where I live, occasionally looking back to see if the bus was coming.  Finally, a couple miles up the road I see the bus coming.  I put my arm up for it to stop.  Forget about it.  The dude just kept going.  I wound up walking the rest of the way home - probably another 4 miles or so.  It wasn't the distance mind you.  It was the distance in that cold and rain.  Come on June (2010).  LOL.  Wow, that seems so far away.  Oh well, lesson learned.  Take care.

Wow - I cannot imagine not having the use of my car. A car = freedom to me. I think it is great that you can walk so much. I hope the time to 2010 goes by quickly for you though.
