hmmmmm...yesterday wasn't so good for me......I missed a meal
b - 1 pot of coffee
l - cottage cheese with 6 olives and some ka****LC cheese crackers
d - a 1/2 salad I made from the salad bar at the Weis store (romaine, turkey chunks, grilled chicken strips, real bacon bits, parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese and a few croutons with fat free italian dressing)
100 ounces of fluids; not sure how much protein, I think it might be a little low for yesterday, all my vits.

today I've done much better
b - 4 strips of veggie bacon and quaker weight control oatmeal - 11 grams of protein
l - greek yogurt with stevia and mixed in with kashi cereal (the regular kind) for 30 grams of awesome protein!
d - tonight I think I'm going to have a couple chicken tenderloins with some ricotta cheese, pizza sauce, parmesan and mozzarella cheese so I can reach my protein limits.

WHAT? And you didnt invite me to dinner? LOL That sounds GOOOOOOOD!!! I ended up having Teriyaki Sesame Salmon with soy and ginger! Yummmmm!
