Yesterday:
Breakfast: Life cereal in 2% milk
Snack: peeled apples slices
Lunch: Crab soup with 2 saltines
Dinner:Some of the turkey burger Mike made me dipped in ketchup
Snack: Cherry Jell-o with cool whip
About 50 oz fluid today. I was slacking and it has caught up to me. All vitamins taken. ;o)

B: spinach feta egg bites
sipped Nectar protein drink all morning
L: fat free hot dog with 1/2 cup Campbell's pork and beans (it was a disappointing lucnh....it didn't compare to one of my favorite pre-op meals of a good greasy hot dog and some sugary baked beans), baby carrots and raw zucchini dipped in tatziki
D: turkey meatloaf with ketchup and brussel sprouts with light smart balance
S: 2 pieces of SF wockenfuss candy (fudge melt and some chocolate covered peanut cluster thing......mmmm....good treat for after the gym!)
All of my water (finally.....wohoo!!!) and all my vits/meds.
