Ok here goes yesterday!

B-eggbeaters w/ cheese

S-Protein Bar

L-meatloaf & asparagus

D-Turkey Chili w/ shredded cheese

S-a few grapes and a protein bar

All my fluids and vits!!!

Hi cutie pie ;o)

Yesterday:

Breakfast: Life cereal in 2% milk

Snack: peeled apples slices

Lunch: Crab soup with 2 saltines

Dinner:Some of the turkey burger Mike made me dipped in ketchup

Snack: Cherry Jell-o with cool whip

About 50 oz fluid today. I was slacking and it has caught up to me. All vitamins taken. ;o)

Yesterday:

Lunch: 1/2 can Oodles of Noodles w/ a few stale oyster crackers (yuck)

Dinner: 1/2 crab cake, 1/2 sweet potato w/ butter a spoonful of coleslaw

Snack: 2 slices of salami
1 dose of liquid protein (36 g.)

All meds

Yesterday:

B - Protein Shake

L - apple sauce
     pita chips

D - enchalada casserole

80 oz. fluids but only 54g protein :(

Yesterday.......

B:  spinach feta egg bites

sipped Nectar protein drink all morning

L:  fat free hot dog with 1/2 cup Campbell's pork and beans (it was a disappointing lucnh....it didn't compare to one of my favorite pre-op meals of a good greasy hot dog and some sugary baked beans), baby carrots and raw zucchini dipped in tatziki

D:  turkey meatloaf with ketchup and brussel sprouts with light smart balance

S:  2 pieces of SF wockenfuss candy (fudge melt and some chocolate covered peanut cluster thing......mmmm....good treat for after the gym!)

All of my water (finally.....wohoo!!!) and all my vits/meds.
