Whatcha doin??? LOLOL I found a GREAT protein drink at Wal Mart called
Myoplex and it has 42g protein per box. It is enough for 3 servings per box though. I drank it in two yesterday but the taste is MUCH MUCH MUCH BETTER then any other stuff I have tried!
FINALLY!!! LOL

Yes, I am ready. After a good day yesterday, I have not been eating the best today. I am really stressing out about a project at work. I need the structure of the work week and this test to straighten me out! I have printed out the guide. Although I think these first 2 days are pretty straightforward.

Jill, for protein I typically do AchievOne. But is is out of stock, EVERYWHERE. grrrrrrr I have some, but I am rationing them, lol I am addicted to them. Anyway I got the pure protein. It looks like a can of soda. I think it was 150 cal, and 35 grams of protein.
I just can't handle the taste of most powders I do ok with the pre-mixed that I have tried. The only powder that I have been able to handle the taste of is Click, BUT it aggrivates my gallbladder and it gives me gas  nasty stinky stuff too.

Hi Dianne,

A few things came up for this week and I am not going to be able to do the 5 day test.

I will be doing hopefully, next week or very soon.

I wish you and everyone doing it much success.

I started with a protein drink. Was it ok that it had peanut butter in it?

I have no idea about the peanut butter and I was wondering about a few things too. I scoured the FDPT site and did not find any answers. My questions are:

* If we can have SF pudding on days 1&2, does that mean we can have yogurt too? I usually have Greek yogurt later in the day. I will try to skip it for this exercise.

* Is oatmeal out for the whole test? I usually have that in the AM and it is filling. It also helps with the regularity. I did not have any today, but I will be wanting some later in the week.

I would think that oatmeal would be ok when we get to soft foods.
I think the yogurt would be in the same category as pudding.

MMM good questions....
