5 Day Pouch test- HERE WE GO!!!
Days 1 & 2- clear liquid, jello, sf pudding and protein drinks, broth and cream soups ans lots of fluids
Days 3 - soft protein - canned fish, eggs, talapia, sole, roughy, cottage cheese
Day 4- Firm Protein - ground meat (beef, turkey, lamb), coked dry, scallops, shellfish, lobster, salmon or halibut
Day 5- Solid Protein- poultry, steak
If it's not on the list you can't have it, so no yogurt or oatmeal. Hope this helps

Black bean soup is on the list as a cream soup. That is what I am about to make for dinner. I did 5 Atkins shakes and a pudding today, and 74 oz. of water so far. I'm STARVING. But, I worked my butt of at work today, throwing around 20 and 40 pound bags, and was on my feet all but 30 min. of my 14 hour day. I'd still be hungry if I ate a bear right now, lol.
Remember in Airplane, "I picked a bad day to stop sniffing glue". Well... I picked a bad day to start the 5 day pouch test. This week at work (new regional director visiting on Thurs.) is going to be TOUGH!
