Fruit
I was never a fruit person until I had my RNY....now its the best treat in the world! I've been trying to get a 1/2 cup of fruit at breakfast and lunch. I've been loving gala apples, red seedless grapes, and splenda sweetened canned peaches and pears. I"ve done OK with grapefruit that is cut away from the membranes but its so labor intensive! For some reason the membranes on citrus fruits don't appeal to me.
