Terri -

I'm so glad to see you're home!!!  I know it's hard, but TRY to work on your fluid intake to the best of your ability.  Unfortunately, the alleviating the stress will be the hardest part for you, I know.

Just hang in there and know that we're here for you!

Hugs,

Tia

Thanks Tia!!  I am going to work on the fluid you know I have always struggled with that.   I really like your posts when I could catch them on the fluids I am sure it helps remind everyone it helped me even if I was not able to post, I would see it and catch myself. By the way I love the little bunny avatar at the bottom of your message it is so cute and such a true statement of many!!  Thank you so much for your continued support, you have such a great way with words in your posts, you should be a writer!!!

Have you or anyone heard how Sage 71 (stacey) is doing she had RNY yesterday the 17th with Dr. Averbach?

Hugs
Terri

Trust me, even at almost 4 years post-op, I still struggle with things - sweets, how I see myself, exercise, etc.  And some days, as you well know, are way better than others.  The only thing that's never an issue (clearly) is fluids!!!!  The trick is to not get bored by drinking just plain water.  I know you can't always be on here, but check in periodically at least, because it seems like every day, someone's discovering some new way of getting all that fluid in.  Don't forget - s/f popsicles count as fluid, too!!!

Yeah, Happy Bunny says what I often wish I could!!!  He makes me smile!!  Kind of like the thought of my ex being run over!!!

Just hang in there!!  I know you have a group of close friends, but I know you have my number, too, if you need anything!!!

And no, I'm sorry, haven't heard anything about Stacey.  I'll let you know if I do.

I'm so glad to hear that you're at home.  Follow the dr's orders and try to rest a while.  Drink, drink and drink.  I have no way to tell you to de-stress.  How impossible is that?!
