((( MOIE )))

Sounds like you had a nice weekend!!!  Was it just car window shopping?  I'll check out Facebook when I can - for some reason, Myspace (which I hate) loads here at work, but Facebook doesn't.  Weird!!!

Don't you have a May trip coming up somewhere NASCAR-ish?

Have a great day!

It is sort of semi-serious car shopping ... to replace the Blazer.   Looking at an Impala LTZ.   Tate chev in Annapolis has EXACTLY what I would like to see in our driveway on the lot, but it will depend on Mr Mo since it technically is his vehicle replacement.   We do make these sort of decisions jointly and we both have to agree on it completely.

We will be gone the last two weeks of May as usual on our spring NASCAR adventure.   We keep saying this 'might' be the last year for this particular trip, but who knows .. we have said that before too.

Hugs, Mo

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished.   Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago.   I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits!   Wherever you are in your journey  ... It's ALL good!!!

Tia,

There's obviously a weekend thief gonig around stealing our weekends!  Mine was gone in a SNAP too!  Spent time cleaning, organizing, going through clothes that are too big, and figuring out finances.  On top of that, along with Debbie, I had water issues too.  The sensor on my washing machine broke so that if you have the load set to XL it doesn't recognize when it's full.  SOOOO around midgnight Saturday when I get up from the computer to go to bed.  There's water all seeping through the wall from the laundry room into the living room.  I walk around said wall and find that the kitchen is completeley flooded, it's seeping in the dining room and has run partway down the hall.  OH JOY!  It took every towel in the house to soak it all up.  The good news is that my wood floors look lovely and clean now!  LOL!

Today, I'm grateful...

1.  That my floors weren't totally ruined because of the flood.

2.  That even though I had to take out a loan from myself (401K), I figured out how I'm going to pay my taxes AND reduce my monthly out of pocket expenses.

3.  For gathering up 3 boxes and 3 lawn/leaf trash bags full of clothes that are too big, and will be forever!!!

Have a good rest of the day everyone!

H F S, girl!!!  The hits just keep on rolling for you, don't they???

Sucks having to take money out of your 401K, doesn't it?  But that's how my teeth will be saved!!!

SIGH!!!
