THURSDAY'S FEED BAG
What's everyone eating? I've had two instances of food not liking me - the day before yesterday, it was leftover, reheated fish. There's that word - LEFTOVER. Then, last night, it was chicken. There's that word again - CHICKEN. UGH!! Fortunately, I recognize the signs pretty quickly and stop eating so it can pass.
Yesterday:
B - Whole grain bagel w/pb
L - Asian tuna salad
S - Almonds, protein bar
D - Chicken
All my fluids, all my vits!!

I feel like I had a good day yesterday:
B - Weight Control oatmeal w/ rasins and skim milk
S - Orange
L - Salad w/tuna and Laughing Cow cheese
D - Greek Yougurt w/freeze dried fruit - for some reason I felt a little nauseous after eating this. This is common meal for me. I almost did not go to the gym because of this. But it passed after a short time.
S - A couple bites of Greek Yogurt w/SF pudding mixed in. This was not a full serving. It was just something I already had prepared in the fridge.
