HAPPY 5TH SURGIVERSARY, MO!!!
Hugs, Mo
Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
Thank you so very much for starting this thread and wishing me a happy surgiversary! I'm just a bit behind in responding is all. Always a day late and a dollar short it seems.
Actually, the 22nd totally passed me by. I was thinking about that yesterday that I had 'missed' it. I do plan to try to sit down and put some thoughts together and make an anniversary post. I'm still working on that same thought from LAST year that I missed! LMAO
You are so very right ... I'm not always a happy camper with my progress or lack there of, I would have WLS again in a heart beat. My life is so much richer and satisfying being able to DO instead of be on the sidelines. This Maryland board has been a source of love and friendship for me as well, and I am so happy to have you all!
