Lots to think about after seminar!
Hey Victor:
Welcome to OH and the Maryland board. As everyone else has said, it is a very personal decision that only you should make. Be well read and keep asking questions, we are here for you. It is a very serious subject that shouldn't be taken lightly.
So welcome and I hope you make a well informed choice. I made mine about 10 months ago and couldn't be happier.

Great idea to check out all the boards. I'm new to the Maryland board, but have resided on the VSG board since last June. Everyone there is so kind and positive. As a nurse, I recommend mentioning any medications that you are on to the physician. My main concern with RNY or DS would be potential malabsorption of cruicial meds.
Good luck in deciding which procedure you feel best meets your needs.
