My sad realization...

Don't worry, call Mary B and discuss it with her.  You may not be eating enough and your body has gone into "starvation mode."  I know, you think that's crazy, but the same thing happened to me, so don't worry, you haven't messed anything up.  It will come off.  We all loose at different rates and I felt like mine came off very slowly also.  Keep your chin up!!

Thanks all!   I know I've lost a lot of weight, it's just sad to look at the numbers and see that 6 out of 13 weeks were in a stall.  Imagine what I could do without those!  :)

Hi, First of all if you didn't have the surgery you would have stalled or gained the last 13 out of 13 weeks!!  You are being way to hard on yourself, it took us years to get to our pre WLS weight, it's not going to go away overnight. You are doing just fine, everyone has weeks like that. Remember it's not where you start it's where you finish!  Good luck and be good to yourself!
