Where did you find the three bean salad, near the canned beans?  I just had their cilantro salad dressing over the weekend and it is very good, although VERY garlicky (which I love).

Yesterday:

B - greek yogurt pineapple protein shake

S - cheese and multigrain crackers

S - honey roasted peanuts/yogurt covered raisins from trail mix

L - 2 oz. london broil
      field greens salad w/cilantro dressing
      3 bites of coconut cake
      3 bites of lemon/rasberry cake

S (driving) turkey jerkey
      dried apricots
      multigrain pretzel nubs

D - (driving) dried apricots
      multigrain pretzel nubs
      2 mini twix bars

LNS - skim milk w/splenda

UGH, I feel like a glutton!

80 oz. fluids, 87ish g. protein, all my vits

Yep, near the chili and other canned stuff.

And I'm sure you FEEL like a glutton, but it all looks okay to me!  Better 3 BITES of cake than 3 SLICES, right?

Cool thanks.

It was more about all the snacks, about 2 or 3 times the amount that I usually eat!  Saturday wasn't quite as bad because I didn't get down there 'til 3ish.

B - Coffee, decaf w/ splenda and milk.

L - Pit beef w/ horseradish and onions....lasted in my tummy about 2 hours and then I had to "relieve" myself.  There was a tough piece that apparently didn't get chewed up enough.

D - Crab soup and 1/3 of salad w/ blackened chicken breast.

It'**** or miss for me.  I asked for rare and this didn't even have a hint of pink.  The BEST pit beef that always works for me is at Chap's (just outside the Gold Club on Pulaski).  It's always melt in your mouth tender, shaved paper thin, and if you want rare, it's perfect!

Nope, not even Chaps.  I can do pit turkey, though - sans bread.
