HUMP DAY FEED BAG
Getting this started today before I forget what I ate yesterday!
Yesterday:
B - greek yogurt protein shake (while I waited for roadside assistance)
L - turkey jerky
TJs multigrain pretzel nubs
2 mini twix
D - Shrimp Fried TVP
LNS - skim milk w/splenda
78 oz. fluids, 109g protein, all my vits
NEXT!!!

LOL I sometimes have to sit and think for a few minutes about what I ate the day before...gettin old!

L - Cream of crab soup and garlic mussels appetizer
D - 1 Crispy beef taco, beans, corn spoon bread (omg was THAT good!)
Had trouble with dinner last night for some strange reason, but woke up this morning with my first post baby "visitor" so it must be from that. My band gets tight when my cycle starts!
