So what's everyone eating today?  Yesterday, while at White Marsh Mall, I took KB to Dairy Queen, but since they didn't have s/f, I went across the food court to the gelato stall and got some s/f chocolate.  YUMMY!!!  No aftertaste or anything! 

B - Protein drink

L - Morningstar Farms Italian Chicken Patties w/pizza sauce and cheese

D - 1 slice thin crust pepperoni pizza

S - s/f chocolate gelato

All my fluids, all my vits!!

Yesterday:

B~ Blueberry yogurt and vitamins

S~ an Orange

L~ Fish and corn

D~Chicken taco (one) and 1/2 peach yogurt

S~An apple

All fluids
Man I hardly ate yesterday!! Well I did eat a lot of the fish ;o)

L- 1/2 seafood quesadilla

S- Cheese wedge

D- Orange Roughy and sweet potato

D - hot dog (really gross)

All my vits and almost all my fluids.

Getting a much better start on my fluids today!

Ooooo....chocolate gelato....that sounds YUMMO...oops, I mean NUM YUMMY!

Yesterday:

B - greek yogurt pineapple protein shake

S - 2 pieces s/f russel stovers

L - leftover pork loin w/onions and a few potatoes

S - caramel corn rice cakes w/peanut butter

D - rotisserie chicken w/sesame ginger snap peas

LNS - skim milk w/splenda

80 oz. fluids, 87g protein, all my vits.

B – French Vanilla protein shake

L – 1 c. turkey vegetable soup, 2 Carbquik biscuits

S – ½ c. cottage cheese w/ Splenda, cinnamon and 1/3 bag of Elite high protein/high fiber cereal

D – not sure…church dinner tonight…will probably be carby

LNS – frozen protein pop OR the last slice of my protein peanut butter pie

B: tuna melt wrap

S: apple

L:  3 oz. jerk boneless/skinless chicken thigh, 1/2 cup edamame

S: pepper jack cheese stick

D: 1/2 cup rice/corn/bean salad, baked catfish fillet

S: made a parfait....yoplait lemon yogurt, strawberries, cool whip
