Tia - One concert down and one to go.  YAY on the scale moving in a downward motion!  Keeping your bro in my thoughts!

Nessa - I could not LIVE without Crystal Light!!

Candy - keeping my fingers crossed for the BB&B job!

Debbie - I'm right there with ya on the job stress!

Angie - so sorry to hear about your cousins troubles...that sucks!

Sylvie - glad your sister made it safe and sound!

Darla - my youngest, Jake will stay right next to me when I'm on the treadmill and jus****ch it move...LOL!  All of the dogs think I'm playing with them when I use the Wii fit!

Lisa - HAPPY SURGIVERSARY!!!

Danielle - lovin' my size 10 jeans...WOOT for both of us!

Today, I'm grateful...

1.  Stealing from Debbie...for having the ability to let my job go last night after getting home and not letting it keep me from getting a good night's sleep.  Of course, sitting in 2 1/2 hours of traffic because of the Blue Angels practice in Annapolis didn't help my mood!

2.  The downward motion of the scale.  Yesterday and today have been GREAT!!!

3.  Nice weather...wish I could be out in it...but it's so much nicer to drive in than rain!!

Heather, I am actually thinking of popping my head outside at lunchtime. This is something I NEVER let myself do. I may even be bold and walk around the building. We waited so long for this weather, I feel like I am missing something by not getting back outside until evening. I agree about the commute, it is better dry.

I'm actually going to try to get out of here early today so that I can sit in my backyard in the sun with a book!  Can't wait!

Heather, thanks to your inspiration, I went and took a 15 minutes power walk outside before I had lunch. it is absolutely glorious out there! I am sure it will be hotter as the day goes on. But right now, it is perfect. I feel good, do-da-do-da-do-da-do !

Very cool...I'm sitting on a telecon that I will be dropping off of by 2:00 (whether they are done or not) and getting outta here! 

Niiiiiiiiiiice!!!  Don't forget the SPF!!!

Well, I made an executive decision - I called MOTY and told her she needs to pick up HER kids, feed them, take K to the concert and then take them home.  Gary can't risk this cellulitis getting worse and he needs to go to the doctor's if they can't call in a prescription for him.  She actually was amenable to everything - go figure!!  I have gone from just a little stressed to overwhelmed in the space of a phone call.  But hopefully, since I don't have to go to the concert, I can get to bed earlier.  BAAAH!!!

O M G!!  2.5 hours of traffic.  I would so be completely nucking futs off my rocker!  Not really, because what can you do?  But...........BAAAH!

Way to go on the scale!!!  Mine, too!  I've said this time and again - it is definitely possible but MUCH, MUCH, MUCH harder the more post-op you are!  MAXIMIZE, MAXIMIZE, MAXIMIZE!!

Good!  Afterall they are HER kids!! 

It was soooo frustrating but at least I didn't HAVE to be anywhere at a certain time!  And I had the XM comedy channel to keep me company!

I KNOW!  This is why I finally buckled down and started exercising!  I only have 17-27 lbs to go and I want them GONE!!

My thoughts are with everyone in difficult times.   I won't list them all, but i echo all of Julie's eloquent words!  :)

Today, I'm grateful for:

1.  My new pop-up camper.  :)

2.  That I managed to survive half the week!

3.  Busy days that go by quickly!
