We have an immediate opening for a Process Manager.  The position will work with all aspects of the company in the performance of the job.

 

The successful candidate must work well with people and be capable of working independently in completion of required duties.  The following activities will be part of the position’s requirements –

 

·        implementation of Lean Manufacturing practices to identify and reduce waste throughout the company

·        identification and lead implementation of process improvements and cost saving opportunities throughout the organization

·        continuous improvement of production processes and product flow from incoming components through shipping of finished goods

·        inventory control and cash management

·        master production planning

·        forecasting and material resource planning

·        capacity evaluation to ensure resources are available to meet forecasted demands

·        work with Product Management and Lab on launch of new products

·        participate in the New Product and Process Development Committee

·        work with Quality Assurance on implementing quality processes associated with ISO compliance

·        create, modify, and maintain Product Master Records associated with changes implemented on the production floor

 

This position will report to the Vice President, Director of Operations.

 

A minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment is required.  Experience in Lean Manufacturing is a plus.  College degree is desired, however, experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.   Must be skilled in MS Office software, especially MS Excel.

Sounds like the VP wants a gopher and stat guy.   With all those responsiblities his stock options should be triple his salary.  Googled Celestecorp.  Impressive company selling alot of products to the cabin industry.

We have an immediate opening for a Production Supervisor.  The position will work with other production supervision, scheduling, safety, quality control, warehouse, maintenance, purchasing, and product/process management in the oversight of the production floor.

 

The successful candidate must work well with people and be capable of working independently in completion of required duties.  The following activities will be part of the position requirements –

 

·        Supervise production personnel

·        Train employees in various production positions

·        Ensure production of quality product from assigned work stations

·        Monitor and maintain production outputs in line with expectations

·        Maintain work station and facility documentation

·        Maintain paperwork associated with assigned work orders

·        Recognize and help correct any quality or machine performance issues

·        Segregate and document non-conforming product

·        Handle disciplinary issues as needed

·        Report and help correct unsafe working conditions

·        Coordinate product flow to and from production floor with warehouse personnel

·        Work with Production Scheduler to ensure timely delivery of customers’ orders

 

Production Supervisors will work four 10-hour shifts and overtime, as needed, to support required production schedules.  This position will report to the Production Manager.

 

A minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment is required.  Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook software.
