** Fine dining restaurants recommendation **

Okay, you guys know your way around Baltimore/Annapolis/Eastern Shore.  I need your help to find a really nice place for a birthday dinner I'm tasked to set up.  I would like it to have a water view, or it could be a mountain view and good food/service of course.  Do any of you have a recommendation?  Have any of you been to the Severn Inn and would you recommend it?  I'm open to all ideas...please.

The view or the food??? Whats your budget and travel time??

Budget could be up to $25-30 entree's.  I can't go much further than Kent Narrows, or  Annapolis, or Frederick/Carroll county, Baltimore/Towson. 

I've not been to the Severn Inn, but have heard LOTS of nice things about it. 

In northern Baltimore County, there's the Manor Tavern.

In Fallston, there's Josef's Country Inn.

I may go with Severn Inn, I'm glad you've heard good about it.  I don't know anyone that's been there.  You know, I hate the thought of spending bucks on a entree I half eat, but I also am so grateful that I can only eat half or less that it's worth the price, know what I mean?  Thanks again.

Tia, first of all thank you for being the one and only person to help a girl out.  I wanted to let you know that we did go to the Severn Inn and it was wonderful.  The wait staff could not have been more attentive, the food and drinks were delish with a nice view of the water.  I'd recommend it now too.  Thanks again for your help, hope you had a great Memorial Day.

Lisa, thanks for responding.  I checked out the web site and that looks great.  Thanks for the recommendation and I've got it on the list for our next family outing.  Right up our crab lovin' alley!  Maybe DH and I will take a drive and visit the Crab Deck this summer. 

FWIW I did not respond because i had no suggestions.  Had I known of a place in your area requirements, that fit your requirements I would have gladly suggested it.
