Why can't I stop?

Are they pretzels you bought at work or pretzels you brought from home?  If you're bringing bad stuff from home, it's just as easy to bring good stuff from home, too.

TRY to take a little time each night to prep for breakfast and lunch the next day.  That way you can maybe eliminate some of the temptation.

Like a lot of people said, if I don't have it, I won't eat it, but if it's in the house, LOOK OUT!!!

It's hard I know, but maybe a little advance work will help.  Cheese cubes, veggies with Greek yogurt ranch dip, some of Eggface's "bites," etc.

at work. trust me i know all this. infact i have snacks here that are healthy. i am not eating them. 'sigh'. i think i am one of the unlucky ones who has to abstain completely from carbs otherwise i go nuts. freakin sucks

And Nicole, from one PCOSer to another, we are carb addicts!  It's just something we have to fight every day.  And unfortunately we've got to abstain from the bad carbs.  Do you have a list of things you LIKE that ARE good for you that would satisfy your cravings instead?  Finding a good satisfying substitute can help.

I am totally with you.  I feel like ~ hey girl, you deserve this and ~ if "they" can have it, why can't I.  Here's for a good day, for you and me!!!!  Take it a minute at a time and tell yourself you can do this!  We are here for you!!!

Checking in:  How is it going so far today?  How was lunch.  I had a lettuce salad with some imitation crab and an egg and 2 pickled beets.  I know the pickled beets weren't that good for me, but I do love them!!!

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!  I LOVE PICKLED BEETS!!!  But you're wrong, they ARE good for you - VERY high in iron!!!  Notice my special way of finding the good in everything??? LOL!!!

My lunch was feta & tomato quiche and some grilled chicken.  I also picked up some watermelon and cantaloupe for later.

My bad?  I heard that dark chocolate Snickers bar calling my name!!!  I've never seen this - I LOVE dark chocolate (antioxidants), and well, Snickers has peanuts for protein!  See what I mean?    I can twist ANYTHING around!

I bought a Stouffer's frozen skillet dinner - dinner has to be quick tonight since we have softball.  Unless the rain Gods smile on me!!

ive eaten alot but not as much as i normally do and haven't had to throw up! oddly enough that is progress for me. i need to detox.

Please take a look at this website and see if this could be you.

Not to put down councelling but I have been there...done that for over 20 years. I was even at the Center for Eating Disorders at Shepherd Pratt. Councelling cannot fix my problem as it is biochemical. I have a genetic disease that is called addiction and my drug of choice is sugar and white carbs. Please take a look...will ya?
