Why can't I stop?
Nicole I feel your pain. It is the carb monster and I think many of us are trying to kill him but he keeps coming back. I wish there was a magic pill to stop the cravings. I am trying so hard and I know you have been trying as well. I think that you can do it. I look at your avatar and see a beautiful woman. It is so hard to think that you are struggling from the happiness I see in your picture. I am glad you can acknowledge whats going on. I feel thats half the battle. You have great support here and I am here for you. I will say a prayer for you and hope this gets eaiser for all of us..
