Hi Nessa, i'm a little out of the loop because i haven't been on here since i posted regarding the proteins and vitamins. Yeah, i'm sorry, i was supposed to even get back with you and i just hate putting people out so i did get some things from GNC and i should have still let you know something.

Wow, the procedure that Brian had, does that mean that he is coming up on having his surgery soon and does he have a date.  Hope he's feeling much better today, and i think you're right, men are bothered a lot more by these things than women.

Brian's surgery is TUESDAY.  Less than a week away!
