I tried a Jay Robb Tropical Dream shake the other day.  I think I put too much ice in it.  Tonight I had the chocolate.  YUM!!!!

I'm starting to have a ton of cravings.  Is it all mind hunger?

Congratulations on your date!  I got my date quickly after submitting my paperwork too.  I know, isn't it exciting and filled with so many emotions.

I can't help you with the protein drink.  Mine is loaded with artificial everything.  You'll manage and make your way to success.

I am 3 weeks out . The surgeons at UMMC are excellent. You will be in  very good hands.

Jay Rob protein is pretty good. GNC also sells samples for $2.19.
