Tom, I'm so sorry to hear that the problems continue. Obviousy, you can't let the kidney damage continue, but are they certain the creatinine is due to RNY? Would they be able to revise you to a sleeve or band?

Kidney problems making it look like I will have to have my RNY reversed,, High creatine levels,, and some sort of crystalization in my kidneys, I have what looks like two choices,, let my kidneys go and possibly leading to kidney failure,, or possibly reversing my RNY. Figures,,, the one good thing to happen to me in the past few years,,,, wasn't. SUPER BUMMED.

 I went to a seminar @ Howard, and met Dr Fullum. I was very pleased with him. Don't really know to much about the staff, but they appeared to be very informative and helpful. One of his staff members had the gastric bypass years ago. I went to seminars @ Virginia Hosp Ctr, Providence Hospital does a seminar @ St Joseph's Catholic Church in Largo, MD, Univ of MD-Baltimore-Dr. Kligman, and his office does a free 6 month free nutrition program if you go there. I went to a seminar that Dr. LoMenzo had in Greenbelt, he works with Dr. Kligman. I was not overly impressed with him, because I think his surgery of choice is the gastric bypass, and I am interested in the VSG. Well I decided to go with Dr Mark Rickford who works at Providence and was trained by Dr Fullum, they at one time worked together, until Dr Fullum went to Howard. I am not on the best terms with some of the office staff, but overall he really impressed me at the seminar. I am hoping to have the VSG later in the year.
