Medical coders or billing specialists here?

Hi, I am wondering if there are any bill coders here as well. I did not see it on the intrests list and couldn't enter in my own subject. I kicked around wether to study medical transcription or bill coding and coding won. I am only 3 months into my course and really liking it so far. Medical transcription is a great profession too. I was wondering if any of you have any tips on improving typing speed. I am only about 43wpm. In the job ads up here they are looking for at least 60wpm preferred 80. I had no idea a person could type that fast. How do you do it??
