Why are you here?
I'm here because you are the people the understand me the most. You know what I'm going through, where I've been and where I'm going. I feel like I 'fit' here .... when I don't quite fit anywhere else. You don't judge me on my physical appearance but accept me for who I am.
My accomplishments yesterday:
1). Got in all my protein. (70 grams)
2). Water (80 oz)
3). Kept snacking to a minimum
What I need to work on:
1). EXERCISE
Biggest Negative.....The scale hasn't moved in AGES!!! I'm getting very discouraged!
Morning everyone! I so have to get back on track. My band is empty and It needs to be filled!!! I'm gaining weight
My accomplishments for yesterday:
1.) I walked everywhere i needed to yesterday..
2.) I drank 120oz of water, 12oz Diet Dew, 24oz Coffee
3.) Calories?!?!? I have no idea
4.) I took all my vitamins
My need work ons:
1.) Exercise
2.) I ate till I ate to much at dinner yep
3.) I'm bloated...

I am here to drive men crazy!! i think its working.
What I accomplished yesterday?
1. Drank 120oz of water
2. Ate my 6 meals
3. Worked out
What I still need to work on?
1. Not obsessing about finding a man
2. Not weighing myself all the time
Biggest positive- Im down to the weight I was in high school
Biggest negative- I worry all the time
