Just so you know the gas station I go to has liquid energy shots for your coffee and there free.... wow made me a free buzz tomorrow I might do 6 pumps.... Oh yea AManda is now my favorite she sent me my first Christmas card..... I couldnt find the 500.00 gift card she said was in there.... SO what is everybody else doing..... ALSO CHRIS,PAM , ANd RHONDA if you guys want to treat me to Bucca De beppos tomoorow I am free.... Oh yea what does it mean when your nipples hurt ... your moody and cranky..... just curious....

It means you are pregnant, guess we know what you did last week. I might meet you guys at Bucca but treat, nah you owe us, lol. I think mom has a date so I might have the kid with me unless my brother will take him. let me know.

GOOD MORRRRNNNIINNNGGGGG!!!!! I'm riding on a caffeine high too. Just had a Venti SF Caramel Latte with nonfat milk from Starbucks. Mmmmmm.....those things are like manna from heaven. Count me in for tomorrow night. Anyone want to ride share? (Hint, hint...I DON'T WANT TO DRIVE!!! But I'll buy Starbucks for the one that hauls my fat ass up there!!!) Ummm...Ron....take the nipple clips off. That might help. GOOD NEWS!! I just had my 1 year post-op visit with Dr. Tom this morning and I'm officially down 182 pounds. (According to my scale....I'm down 184 to 185. If only I had the nerve to strip nekkid in his office....). I would like to have lost more by now, but I'm happy with how far I've come. Just with how much better I feel about myself as a person has made it all worthwhile.

Thanks! SF Almond Joy? I think I just had a mini 'o'. Have you ever gotten the DaVinci SF syrups and made your own?? I have a Chocolate mint I bought last year and I'm going to have to dig it out of the cabinet. Some of that with some nonfart creamer.....mmmmmmmm.......my own latte!

Thats awesome you lost that much!! I hope to lose that much by my year anniversary. Its not until the end of march so hopefully. So what else do you order at starbucks, I am at a lost?

Thanks Amanda! I'm pretty new to the whole coffee thing.....but so far I order a latte with nonfat milk and then get one of the sugar free syrups in it. I've had the gingerbread, caramel and hazelnut. The caramel is my absolute favorite with hazelnut coming in a close second. I want to try the cinnamon dolce.....but keep ordering the caramel!! Other than that....I'm not sure what would be a good choice. I'd like to get one of the cold drinks....but I don't know that there are any available that are made with nonfat/sugar free products. I guess that's something I just need to go inside sometime and ask them about instead of always going through the drive-thru.
