Venting!!
So today I am still crabby must be still from my awful day yesterday!! My supervisor tells me yesterday 15 minutes before Im to get off work that my job is in jeopardy!!
I do not bill enough client hours (it is hard to when you are relying on people to show up for there appts and dont!!). So basically I was told I have to cover two groups and travel another night to do so. I dont have a choice, if I dont then I am fired!!
Needless to say I was not happy and told my supervisor that another mental health facility was hiring and she told me not to make any decisions yet and we would talk today!! I cannot wait.
Last night my neighbors downstairs kept refusing to turn down there stereo!! landlord was called twice by me and another neighbor but nothing. Called police to make noise complaint and was told that since I live in a village that they dont enforce the village noise ordinance!!
So thank god my neighbor knows the chief of police of my village and called him at home!! He came over and it finally got resolved at 10pm. At 11:30pm the police call me back telling me they have someone if I still have a problem!! No not 3 hrs later!! I need sleep.
I hope everyone has a great day and I pray that I do too because all I want to do is cry!!




Why dont you file a complaint with your landlord and make them take money off your rent for failure provide you with what was in your rent agreement....
I worked at one apt complex where the girl in the upstairs was a sex addict and had men over 2-3 times a day and liked to yell about it..... needless to say all the people in her unit complained so we ended up evicting her after multiple warnings.... It was hard to keep a straight face handing out the notice lololol ...

Well it sounds like a good day for that!! I am sorry that you are having a sucky week. Lets just say my week has been a little less than perfect and I am SOOOOO ready to for GB!! Is it March YET??? You do know that you can withhold your rent in a ??? (oh crap what is that called) anyways you put your rent in this account and you let them know that and also give them a list of your demands and they can get their money as soon as the stuff is done.

Check out these websites to see if there is anything there that can help you. The no smoke detecter is a safety issue!! If there is no smoke detector and there is a fire you could be in big trouble.... then Ron would have to come and rescue you putting the big ladder "on the side of the house" then take his big hose and put out the fire!! (

Good luck with your landlord Amanda. I so don't miss the days of renting. I had a ceiling collapse in the dining area of one of my apartments. The property owner had had numerous complaints about the leaks due to an old roof. They kept putting off doing anything about it. When that ceiling collapsed, it was at 4:00 in the morning. Think I waiting until later in the morning to call about it? No way! Poor maintenance man was dead asleep, but I was so fed up, I didn't care!
