Hi, my name is Dolores Sucholbiak (nickname Dee) I live in Umatilla, FLorida. Right now I am awaiting Insurance approval received denial and then resent additional info so I am awaiting a reply. I work for Dr Samuel Bundz he is a surgeon and he will be the doctor doing my surgery. I will have a rny lap. I just want to get the approval so I can get on with it.
