Good morning!
We're supposed to get our first snowfall here tonight through tomorrow morning. They're predicting 1 to 3 inches. That's not much for you northerners...but for us...it's like getting a freaking blizzard!! 
I actually exercised last night and feel pretty good about it. I'm going to do it again tonight. I did a Leslie Sansone Walk/Jog video. I like the video with the exception that at one point it shows me how uncoordinated I am when they want me to jog and then do a hopping kind of step at the same time. Yeah....I ended up almost tripping myself!! 
Rhythm doesn't come with weight loss!

That's the truth!!
Unless.....well.....you know.....after a few Mind Erasers and we wouldn't care if we were riding up on the back of the pimpmobile in the snow!!
