The property owner had had numerous complaints about the leaks due to an old roof. They kept putting off doing anything about it. When that ceiling collapsed, it was at 4:00 in the morning. Think I waiting until later in the morning to call about it? No way! Poor maintenance man was dead asleep, but I was so fed up, I didn't care!

The no smoke detecter is a safety issue!!
