I go to a friend's house. It started a few years ago. She said if I'm an adopted member of her family (we've been best friends since high school) then her family gets me for one holiday. 
Last year they decided to switch the big meal to Friday to accommodate her sister so Thursday I'm going to my friend's house to help cook, hang out, etc then Friday is the big party day. I'm taking corn pudding (made with low fat ingredients) and a few different kinds of cheese balls (also made with low fat ingredients). They don't trust me with anything big like the turkey or the pumpkin pie!! 
How about you? What are you doing for Thanksgiving?

Yep i have heard of smittys sauces!! You must have went to the farmers market!! Of course I would pick you up some. Thats fine that Kelly wants to wait. I was like that too. Didnt want anyone to see me until I had WLS. no work today, its hard to talk all day when you are coughing and sneezing. I was disappointed at the Bears game too!!

Sorry to hear about the diabetes, but it's good that you got it diagnosed and can get it under control. My dad is diabetic and as long as he watches his diet, he can keep it pretty well under control with his meds.
My weekend was pretty good.
Friday I went to Newport Aquarium with my fella. He had free tickets he won at a golf outing and asked me to go. I hadn't been in years. Saturday night we went to Festival of Lights at the Cincinnati Zoo. They decorate the zoo with what seems like a bazillion Christmas lights...absolutely beautiful.
Yesterday I hung around the house and sorted through clothes deciding what needs to go.
