Did anyone else feel like there immune system was crap after WLS? I feel like I get every bug or virus that is out there!! I feel like I have the immune system of a child!! Just wondering if anyone else had this and when does it go away!!

Well I have had 4 hours of sleep in 36 hours.... Im crabby moody, and feel like bein an ass... My boss is already wanting a bunch of crap done and I am In the I dont give a damned mood....However if you want to take me fore a pedicure I am all for it.....Oh yea it got freekin cold out last night Its not cold enough to stick your tongue to the flag pole but I gotta say it nipple cold,,,, 1. What is one positive thing, WLS related, that you are going to do for yourself today? I am going to work out tonight when I get home. I hav a fire drill but I might work on a truck that we are makin into a heavy rescue.... I get all excited when I play with welders and tear stuff up... 2. What is one positive thing, non-WLS related that you are going to do for yourself today? I really havent eaten in a day and a half I got sick other night and kinda freeked me out . so I may try to eat smethin healthy ... My Celulitus is still playin with me so I may go to DR tomoorow as a precaution last time I had an attack I was in the hospital for a week.... Besides that ... its all I got...

Hey Chris! All I can say about this being your Friday is.... Eh, it's not so bad, I only work a half day tomorrow. What is one positive thing, WLS related, that you are going to do for yourself today? I'll be going to Jazzercise tonight and try to get in all my water. What is one positive thing, non-WLS related that you are going to do for yourself today? I need a new pair of shoes. I think I might go to Kohl's at lunch and see what they have. Have a great day!

Go ahead.....give me the frowny face.....grumble at me....I don't care....because TODAY IS MY FRIDAY!!!!! I was running late for work this morning (typical) and didn't have time to stop for coffee so I'm sipping on sugar free hot chocolate. I'd rather have my coffee loaded with sugar free vanilla caramel creamer.....but I'll live. My manager just came around and told us we're having a 'surprise' fire drill at 9:30. I told her I'd be sure to act surprised. She said she didn't want us to be caught in another part of the building and have to go outside for an indefinite amount of time without our coats. Nice.....but it kinda defeats the purpose of a surprise fire drill. Okay......so I'm in a good mood today. Because, in case I didn't mention it earlier, TODAY IS MY FRIDAY!! So answer me two questions: 1. What is one positive thing, WLS related, that you are going to do for yourself today? 2. What is one positive thing, non-WLS related that you are going to do for yourself today? For me.... 1. I'm going to get in all my water and protein. And even try to sneak in a little exercise tonight. 2. I'm thinking of getting a manicure. My nails are a mess.

Hi Barb! I laughed so hard while getting that picture! I was on my knees...face in crotch ...when a van rounded the corner of the building. I swear I've never moved so fast in my life to get off that bench. And my face has never been so red. Although the guy driving the van had a big smile on his face....go figure! The people I was with were all just friends I've known forever. We've been going on a trip every year for about 7 years.
